World Health Organization / WHO) is one of the UN body that acts as a coordinator of international public health and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. WHO was established by the United Nations on 7 April 1948. The Director-General now is margaret chan (served from 8 November 2006). WHO inherited many of the organization's mandate and inventory earlier, Health Organisation, which is an agency of the LBB.
